columbinus, a play sparked by the April 1999 massacre at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado, is a meeting of fact and fiction that illuminates the realities of adolescent culture by exploring the events surrounding the shootings. The play weaves together excerpts from discussions with parents, survivors and community leaders in Littleton as well as police evidence to bring to light the dark recesses of American adolescence. OPEN CALL Monday, December 11: 7pm – 9pm AUDITION LOCATION White Plains Performing Arts Center, Fri, Feb. 16 & Sat., Feb. 17 at 8:00 pm & Sun., Feb. 18 at 2:00. Rehearsals & performances will take place at WPPAC. WHAT TO PREPARE A 60-90 second monologue Please bring with you to your audition the following:
