Southern Rep & NOLA Project Present WITH A BANG, 3/24-4/18

Opening night is Saturday, March 27th. Le Petit Theatre to Present Jason Robert Brown's 13, 3/4-3/21

THe Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre will present Jason Robert Brown's musical, 13, beginning March 4th and running through March 21st. The production is both directed and choreographed by Blake Coheley. The cast of thirteen 13-year-olds includes Alexis Bruza, Nicholas Dayton, Caleb Engen, Morgan Laurent, Maddie Mateer, Jonathan May, Chris Newhouse, Rilan Roppolo, Ximone Rose, Catherine Simpson, Sarah Stuckey, Dillon Tauzin, and Dylan Troost.
Rock and Worship Road Show Features MercyMe and David Crowder Band, 4/11

Orleans Arena will host the 2nd Annual Rock and Worship Road Show for a one-night-only concert event on Sunday, April 11 at 6 p.m. The diverse line up includes Grammy nominee and multi-platinum band MercyMe, multiple GMA Dove award winner David Crowder* Band and Christian dance group Family Force Five, as well as performances by Francesca Battistelli, Fee, Remedy Drive and Sidewalk Prophets.

Here at the Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival, we re always on the lookout for fresh voices and undiscovered talent. With this aim at heart, we launched our second annual Fiction Contest in June 2009. By the contest s mid-November deadline, our mailboxes at the Festival HQ were heaving with a total of 662 entries.

After last season's the hit production of NUNSENSE in October 2008, the Sisters return to the stage - this time in a flashy, fun Vegas-style musical! NUNSENSATIONS! takes the sisters on a brand new adventure when a parishioner volunteers to donate $10,000 to the sisters' school if they will perform in a club in Las Vegas. Mother Superior, once again played by Claire Conti, is hesistant to accept; however, after being convinced by the other sisters that 'what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas' she agrees. What follows is the most feather-filled, sequin-studded, fan dancing NUNSENSE show ever!
