NOLA Art House Music, a next-generation collaborative of some of New Orleans' finest professional jazz musicians, NolaVie, New Orleans' cultural website, and Tableau, the French Quarter's newest glamorous eatery are joining forces to present Le Petit Noel, the first annual jazz tribute to the holiday season in the beautifully restored historicLe Petit Theatre, 616 St. Peter Street on Saturday, December 7 at 8 p.m. A post-concert reception for all ticket holders, courtesy of Tableau, will take place immediately following the performance.

Accompanied by a seven-piece jazz band led by trumpeter Edward Anderson and featuring the extraordinary talent of Evan Christopher, world renowned for his clarinet renditions of contemporary early jazz, Le Petit Noel will be an evening of warm holiday joy; an only-in-New Orleans musical gift from three of the city's most beloved vocalists Wanda Rouzan, Carmen Barika and Philip Manuel. They may even invite you to sing along.

Bring your friends, dress up the kids and come usher in the Christmas season with an evening of spectacular, toe-tapping favorites from Duke Ellington's jazzed up take on the Nutcracker Suite to beloved seasonal songs and some musical surprises.

Reserved tickets are $30 each and include the post-concert reception. To purchase tickets or for information go to www.lepetittheatre.com or call 504-522-2081. Tableau will be offering a pre-concert menu. To make reservations call 504-934-3463 or visit www.tableaufrenchquarter.com.
