VACNJ Members Art Show Winners Announced

The weekend of September 8 - 10, 2017, saw the Art Center host its inaugural Members Art Show & Collectors Weekend. The three-day event celebrated the Center's members and their artwork with a public exhibition and sale. The Friday night opening event featured several members receiving awards for their submitted work. Juror Nany Ori, a respected corporate photographer, fine art exhibitor, and caring teacher awarded the following prizes.

· Marian Anderson Memorial Award for Portraiture: Barbara Beeman

· Martha Barns Memorial for Ceramics: Rhoda Roper

· Martha Venturo Award for Landscape: Sally Abbott

· Curtis Hillyer Memorial Award for Watercolor: Jill Crouch

· J. Jurgen Tieck Memorial Award for Photography: Charlann Meluso

· Emeriti Award: Isabella Pizzano

· Marylou Hilyer Award: Jill Kerwick

The Art Center will host another juried, pop-up show for members spring 2018.
