The cbp:LLC organization (formerly Cherry Blossom Players) is proud and excited to announce AUDITIONS for our first summer musical since the revamp of the group: that whoopin'-hollerin'-Wild West-themed comedy -- 'Annie Get Your Gun'.

Our production will be based on the splashy 1999 Broadway revival which starred Bernadette Peters and TV star, Tom Wopat. cbp:LLC technical staff member, Allison Hogan, will make... her directorial debut. Artistic director Ricky Franco (the sole returning board member from Old-CBP) will executive produce and act as rehearsal assistant.

The musical, comedically based on true events, follows the quick rise-to-fame of sharpshooter Annie Oakley upon meeting (and beating) fellow shooter Frank Butler -- of Buffalo Bill's famous Wild West Show! Full of belly laughs, sharp(-shooting) zingers, colorful characters, dancing and some great old tunes... 'Annie Get Your Gun' is sure to please a wide demographic of audience!! Some of those tunes, in fact, are listed right here. Heard any of them??

----- "There's No Business Like Show Business"
"Doin' What Comes Natur'ly"
"You Can't Get a Man with a Gun"
"Who Do You Love, I Hope?"
(I Got) "The Sun in the Mornin'..."
"Anything You Can Do" (I Can Do Better)
