Teaneck's Felicia Temple from The Voice Joins The O'Jays at bergenPAC

Felicia Temple, a Teaneck resident who appeared on NBC's The Voice, was just added as the opening performer for The O'Jays on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 8 p.m. Tickets are available at www.ticketmaster.com <http://www.ticketmaster.com> or by calling bergenPAC's Box Office at (201) 227-1030.
Temple, a 28-year-old nurse at Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, earned a spot on the team of Alicia Keys on the current season of The Voice after singing "All I Could Do Was Cry,' a classic Etta James ballad. She comes from a musical family and has proven she has her own show-stopping chops.
The O'Jays are a connection to an era and a sound that formed the soundtrack for the lives of several generations. The group is still hitting the road with the same electrifying energy they've had for over 50 years. While the members have changed over the year, lead singers Eddie Levert and Walter Williams continue to front the group.
They scored various chart-topping pop and R&B singles, including "Love Train," "Put Your Hands Together," "For The Love of Money," "I Love Music," "Darlin' Darlin' Baby (Sweet, Tender, Love)," "Livin' For The Weekend," and "Use Ta Be My Girl."
