A dominant force in rock music since the early ‘90s, Stone Temple Pilots proved one of the most accomplished and iconic bands of their generation racking up 15 singles on the Billboard Top Ten and selling over 35 million copies worldwide. This performance at NJPAC marks the California-based band's debut at the state's most prestigious performing arts center and will be a New Jersey homecoming for the DeLeo brothers. STP is known for such modern rock radio staples as "Big Empty," "Interstate Love Song," "Vasoline," and "Plush" which yielded a Grammy award for Best Hard Rock Performance. Despite a brief hiatus, reunion tour and self-titled album release in 2010, there has been a generation of fans that has never witnessed the power of vocalist Scott Weiland, guitarist Dean DeLeo, bassist Robert DeLeo and drummer Eric Kretz live in concert.
