The Second and Vine Players will perform Arsenic and Old Lace at the Eagle Theatre, located at 208 Vine Street in Hammonton, NJ, at 8pm on March 9, 10, 16, 17, 22, 23 and 24, and at 3pm on March 18.

Arsenic and Old Lace is a classic dark comedy, telling the story of a young drama critic on the verge of marriage who is forced to deal with his veritably bizarre family members, including two spinster aunts who have taken to poisoning lonely men with arsenic. Audiences may be familiar with the 1944 film adaptation, which starred legend Cary Grant.

This production of the play will feature Roman Lupan of Marlto, NJ in the lead role of Mortimer Brewster. Audiences may recall seeing Lupan on stage at the Eagle Theatre during the run of A Few Good Men.

Tickets for this performance are $20 General Admission, and can be purchased at TheEagleTheatre.com. For more information, including group rates, please contact the box office at (609) 704-5012.
