New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players Will Bring I'VE GOT A LITTLE TWIST to the Morris Museum

By:
Join us at the Morris Museum as we celebrate the legacy of Gilbert & Sullivan in American musical theater. The Morris Museum is pleased to present a production of New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players' I've Got a Little Twist on Sunday, March 6 at 2:00PM in the Bickford Theatre.

The Mikado meets The Music Man. HMS Pinafore sets sail for Brigadoon. The Pirates of Penzance take shore leave On the Town. I've Got a Little Twist-a one-of-a-kind show that proves the Gilbert & Sullivan repertoire is as fun, fresh, and full-of-life as, well, three little maids from school! The show features favorites from Rodgers & Hammerstein, Bernstein, Sondheim, Lerner & Loewe, Meredith Willson, and Jerry Herman. Life is a cabaret and so is this show.

"New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players mission statement is 'giving vitality to the living legacy of Gilbert & Sullivan.' I've Got a Little Twist does just this and in the process gives one of the freshest and most heartfelt performances that I've seen the company do in years." -Daniel Kelley, NYTheatre.com

Under the supervision of Artistic Director Albert Bergeret, I've Got a Little Twist is written and directed by David Auxier and features Daniel Greenwood, Sarah Caldwell Smith, Stephen Quint, Angela Smith, David Wannen and Mr. Auxier. Mark York is arranger, musical director and accompanist.
