Jimmy Superfly Snuka & Madonna Mania Set For Boogie Nights at Resorts Casino 8/14

Following a totally awesome weekend with 80's sensation Pretty Poison at Boogie Nights, Resorts Casino Hotel announced that Boogie Nights will welcome former Pro Wrestling Superstar Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka on Saturday, August 14, 2010. Superfly Snuka will sign autographs, take pictures, guest emcee (and who knows???? Maybe even take a flying leap off the top turnbuckle?) at the ultimate 70's and 80's dance club.

Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka wrestled for many professional wrestling organizations throughout the 70's and 80's. He won numerous heavyweight titles and is widely recognized for helping shape professional wrestling as we know it today. But "Superfly" cemented his place in pro wrestling history with his signature move - standing atop the corner of the ring (or steel cage when challenged), then launching himself high in the air across the ring, landing chest first on his opponent. Snuka brought millions to their feet in arenas around the world, and today, still has many devoted fans across the country.

In addition, Boogie Nights hosts "Madonna Mania" in honor of the Queen of Pop's birthday. "Get into the groove" with special performances by Boogie Nights' Madonna impersonator and Madonna themed imagery all night long.

Boogie Nights will remember the "King of Pop" by celebrating his birthday on Friday, August 20th 2010. The night will be filled with thrilling performances by world traveling Michael Jackson tribute artist Pete Carter as well as many other special tributes throughout the night.
