In The Wings Productions, under the leadership of Artistic Director Tanya Glassman and Producer Adam Glassman, announces the 2015 season of musicals to be presented at Snug Harbor Music Hall.

"We are happy to present our 5th season at, our home, the historic Music Hall at Snug Harbor.
Every year we strive to choose a season that appeals to the Staten Island community of both actors and patrons," said Producer Adam Glassman. "We're proud to announce that our 2015 season meets that goal; with the classic family musical icon in The Wizard of Oz, a contemporary musical hit in Legally Blonde, and a beloved classic in Gypsy."

Over The Rainbow
Follow the yellow brick road over the rainbow for the beloved family classic, The Wizard of Oz, beginning April 16 with performances through April 19.

Featuring a cast of 40 Staten Islanders, The Wizard of Oz is directed by Mickey Tennenbaum, choreographed by Kristen Dalto, with music direction by Michael Pinto.

The Wizard of Oz is adapted by John Kane for the Royal Shakespeare Company from the iconic 1939 MGM film screenplay based on the novel by L. Frank Baum. The show features the music and lyrics of the MGM Motion Picture score by Harold Arlen and E.Y. Harburg, including "Over the Rainbow," "If I Only Had a Brain," "We're Off to See the Wizard," and more.

Harvard's beloved blonde takes the stage in this fun, upbeat story of self-discovery.
OMG! In The Wings summer musical is the international award-winning musical based on the adored movie, Legally Blonde the Musical, from August 7 - 16. Legally Blonde follows the transformation of sorority president Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery, and scandal in pursuit of her dreams, proving that pink can save the day!

Auditions will be held Saturday, May 16. Legally Blonde will be directed by Joey Lento choreographed by Tanya Glassman, with music direction by Andrew Monteleone.

One of Broadway's Greatest Musicals
Gypsy, the 1959 musical with music by Jule Styne, lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, and a book by Arthur Laurents, is loosely based on the memoirs of Gypsy Rose Lee, the famous striptease artist, and focuses on her mother, Momma Rose, whose name has become synonymous with "the ultimate show business mother." Performances are November 12-15.

Gypsy follows the dreams and efforts of Rose to raise two daughters to perform onstage and casts an affectionate eye on the hardships of show business life. The musical contains many songs that became popular standards, including "Small World," "Everything's Coming up Roses," "You'll Never Get Away from Me," and "Let Me Entertain You."
