HEATHERS THE MUSICAL: High School Edition Comes to Black Box Performing Arts Center in Teaneck, NJ

The Black Box Performing Arts Center (BBPAC) continues to emerge as the Tri-State area's premiere destination for both cutting-edge professional theater and collaborative performing arts education as it proudly presents a new production of Heathers The Musical: High School Edition in the heart of Teaneck, New Jersey - just a quick ride over the George Washington Bridge from Manhattan.

Directed by BBPAC Artistic Director MATT OKIN with Musical Direction by BBPAC Managing Director Huey Esquire, Heathers... features a talented teen cast including LAURA ALBA, SAM CANCELARICH, MAYAN EFREMOFF, ADRIANNA FENU, EITAN HILLER, MOLLY KRAMER, DEVORA KRISCHER, NOAM MILLER, JESSE PARMELEE, AVIVA RAMIREZ, SARI ROSEN and LOLO SAMIIAN. Heathers The Musical: High School Edition is the darkly delicious story of Veronica Sawyer, a brainy, beautiful teenage misfit who hustles her way into the most powerful and ruthless clique at Westerberg High: The Heathers. But before she can get comfortable atop the high school food chain, Veronica falls in love with the dangerous new kid J.D. When Heather Chandler, the Almighty, kicks her out of the group, Veronica decides to bite the bullet and kiss up to Heather... but J.D. has another plan for that bullet. Heathers The Musical: High School Edition is a hilarious, heartfelt and homicidal new show based on the greatest teen comedy of all time. It's a moving love story, a laugh-out-loud comedy, and an unflinching look at the joys and anguish of high school.
