GROUCHO: A LIFE IN REVUE Set for The Heritage Center, 4/17-5/3

ActorsNET presents a musical comedy romp through the life and careers of Groucho Marx and his zany brothers, Chico and Harpo. From their early struggles in vaudeville through their brilliant careers in motion pictures and Groucho's solo stint hosting television's "You Bet Your Life," this laugh fest recreates some of their most memorable antics on stage, screen and in real life. David Newhouse of Harrisburg stars as Groucho Marx. Co-starring Susan Barto of Yardley as Chico Marx, Joe Doyle of Morrisville (who also directs) as Harpo Marx, and Sarah Webster of Morrisville in multiple roles as "The Girl." Also featuring Virginia Barrie of Ewing, NJ as Margaret Dumont and Jerry Smith of Yardley and James Cordingley of Lawrenceville, NJ in multiple roles. Special guest artist: Gloria Galante of Bristol. Musical Direction by David H. Bohn of Ewing, NJ. Set Design by Joe Doyle. Costume and Sound Design by Cheryl Doyle of Morrisville. Lighting Design by Andrena Wishnie of Morrisville.

DATES: April 17 - May 3, 2015. (Nine performances only)

TIMES: Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m., Sunday at 2 p.m.

PLACE: The Heritage Center, 635 North Delmorr Avenue (Route 32), Morrisville, PA - near the Calhoun Street Bridge.

ADMISSION: $20 for adults, $17 for seniors (62+), $15 for WHYY cardholders and students, and $10 for children age 12 and younger. Prepaid group rates available for ten or more.
