Eagle Theatre Children’s Summer Theatre Camp Announced
The Eagle Theatre, located at 208 Vine Street in Hammonton, is proud to announce the opening of public registration for its 2011 Summer Theatre Camp for Kids.
The camp, which is open to children ages 9-14, will run from June 27 to July 21 (excluding July 4). It will be held Monday through Thursday from 9am-3pm. Please note that lunch is not provided, but students will be given a one hour lunch break each day.
During the camp, local professionals will teach students about various aspects of the theatre, including acting, set design, and technical elements. In the afternoon, they will rehearse for an actual production, which will be held at 8pm on July 22 and 23, and 2pm on July 24.
The total cost of the summer camp is $350. Parents interested in registering their children should contact the Eagle Theatre at (609) 704-5012 to secure a registration form. This form, along with payment, must be received by June 1.
