Charlie the Matchmaker to Bring DEAR CHARLIE to Tim McLoones, 4/21

Charlie Maffei's show "Dear Charlie" and advice book "Love Made Easy with Charlie The Matchmaker" are just in time for Spring love. "Dear Charlie" has performed to sold out shows in NYC and is now coming to New Jersey. "Many of our friends, (he and his husband, Gary, own a home in Asbury Park for over 10 years) wanted us to bring the show to our hometown, stated Charlie Maffei. I can't wait to spread love all over the boardwalk this Spring. The show returns to NY for a May Mother's day brunch performance.

"Dear Charlie" at Tim McLoone's Supper Club, 1200 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park, is an evening of pop hits and standards; Sunday, April 21st at 7pm. $20 cover (doors open at 6pm for dinner).

"Dear Charlie" will guide you on a whirlwind tour through the ins and outs of love with a healthy dash of sass thrown in.. With his new cabaret show, Charlie will bring his matchmaking secrets center stage, allowing love to carry the evening as he offers advice on communication, first dates, special moments, and achieving lifelong love. Love Made Easy, is a compilation of advice blogs written by Charlie, to assist his clients from his matchmaking business with finding love and happiness in their lives. Covering everything from communication to first date guidelines, Charlie offers witty, poignant, and engaging insight into the world of love. This is your opportunity to receive the same personal guidance that he offers to his clients. As a matchmaker, Charlie has worked with hundreds of clients to help them find love. He has held events at Watermark, Hotel Tides (he is the sold out Pink Prom's Chaperone) and in conjunction with ReVision Theater. He will also be a participant at the Asbury Book Fest on April 20th. As a singer he has performed at both cabarets and stadiums throughout the New Jersey, New York and Atlanta. Charlie is also a contributing writer for The Huffington Post and My Lifestyle Magazine. He has been seen and heard on numerous TV and radio shows, most recently SiriusXM and Fox News Latino.
