Bergen County Players Kick Off 2013 Second Stage with THE AUTOGRAPH HOUND, 1/26-27
Currently celebrating its 80th consecutive season of producing quality local theater, Bergen County Players present The Autograph Hound at the Little Firehouse Theatre in Oradell today, January 26th at 2pm & Sunday, January 27th at 7pm. The Autograph Hound, by James Prideaux, is a sharply humorous and inventive play which takes a revealing look at a wife who is an obsessive celebrity-chaser, a resentful husband who takes serious action against her compulsion and their young adult daughter who is caught between them.
Directed and produced by Jacqueline McElroy-Poquette and Ray Poquette, respectively (Westwood), The Autograph Hound stars actors Helen Boyadjian (Saddle River), Kelly Camp-Force (Wayne), and Frank Osmers (Haworth).
The production team includes Jacqueline McElroy Poquette (Director), Ray Poquette (Producer; Lighting & Sound Design), Margie Druss-Fodor (Assistant to the Director), Victoria Buchner (Assistant to the Director), Marisa Dolkart (Stage Manager), David Arts (Lighting Operator), Frank O?Leary (Sound Operator), Nina Lionetti (Properties), Bunny Mateosian (Costumes), Katie Weigl (Publicity), and Kathie Robitz (Member-at-Large).
All performances of The Autograph Hound take place at The Little Firehouse Theatre, 298 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell, home to the Bergen County Players since 1949. Performance times are Saturday at 2pm and Sunday at 7pm.

The Bergen County Players has grown tremendously from its roots as a small community theater when it was founded in 1932; today, nearly 300 volunteer members, working on and off stage, make possible the nine productions presented each season.
