Dutch John Kraaijkamp Musical Award Winners Announced

On Sunday October 2nd the winners of the 12th annual John Kraaijkamp Musical Awards, the leading Dutch theatre awards, were announced during a live television special. The award ceremony took place in the recently opened DeLaMar Theater in Amsterdam.
The Dutch musical Petticoat, written by Henny Vrienten and André Breedland and which opened exactly one year ago to critical acclaim, won the most awards of the evening: seven.
The winners were chosen by a special committee, consisting of previous winners, members of the public, performing arts teachers and producers.
