ACT 1 Closes Season with MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, 5/20-28

ACT 1 brings its successful 21st season to a close May 20-28, with Much Ado About Nothing, a Shakespearean comedy filled with wit, romance, and villainy. Brittany Carlton directs the show which is set in Messina, Italy.

Carlton's cast includes a lot of Nashville favorites: Amber Bray, Billy Rosenberg, Breck Wilhite, Doug Allen, Jack Chambers, Jeremy Maxwell, Jonathan Burgess, Katie Lane, Kelly Lapczynski, Lucas Womack, Misty Ayers-Miranda, Patrick Goedicke, Phil Brady, Randal Cooper and Russel Qualls.

Much Ado About Nothing runs for two weekends at Nashville's Darkhorse Theate, 4610 Charlotte Avenue, May 20-28. Curtain is at 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday evenings, with a Sunday matinee at 2:30 p.m. on May 22. (Special signed performance on Sunday's matinee for Hearing Bridges) General admission tickets are $12 and are available through www.ticketsnashville.com or by calling (615) 726-2281. ACT 1 now takes Visa and Mastercard. Thursday evening and the Sunday matinee performances are free of charge to seventh through twelfth grade students.
