Katie Goodman's popular Women's Creative Improv Retreat at Chico Hot Springs is back February 2 - 3!
Using improv comedy games and exercises as well as a generous dollop of introspection and connection with like-minded souls. this is a workshop that will inspire. The weekend is a retreat for those not knowing where they want to go next in their lives, or who feel stuck and afraid to take the leap. The workshop is filled with laughter and tools for self-confidence building. It's only offered once a year, and is not to be missed
The next upcoming retreat will be held at Chico Hot Springs, February 2 - 3, 2019. Katie, the director and headliner of Broad Comedy, is an internationally touring comedian, speaker, self-help and comedy author and a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher. She has combined her interests in the spiritual growth process with her skills as an improvisational comedian and teacher.
