Gladstone Parks & Recreation Offers Start Smart Flag Football

Gladstone Parks & Recreation is offering Start Smart Flag Football. This is a 6-week program for boys and girls ages 4 - 6 years old and introduces the game of flag football and its skills of throwing, catching and running without the threat of competition or the fear of getting hurt.

This program is limited to twenty-one children per session and will be offered in two different sessions. Session I will meet on Mondays, session II will meet on Tuesdays. Both sessions will meet from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. beginning the week of August 15th at Happy Rock Park located at 76th and N. Antioch. The fee is $35.00 and includes a uniform t-shirt and participation medal.

Registration Begins: June 27th
Registration Deadline: Friday, July 29th

Registration will be accepted at Parks & Recreation inside Gladstone City Hall, 7010 N. Holmes, the Gladstone Community Center, 6901 N. Holmes, or by mail.
