LAUGHTER ON THE 23RD FLOOR takes a fictionalized look at the backstage chaos that went into producing one of television's landmarks, YOUR SHOW OF SHOWS
People everywhere gather around the TV each week to watch their favorite comedy, The Max Prince Show. A popular comedy-variety series that is a major hit on the East Coast, the network insists that Prince dumb the show down for the rest of the country. Prince is beginning to unravel. His writing staff, spends its days coming up with business for the show while hurling humorous expletives at each other and anyone else within earshot. Laughter On The 23rd Floor has been called "Simon's funniest play!"
Please note: True to Mr. Simon's work as a writer for comedy shows of the 1950s, this production does contain adult language and adult situations and may not be suitable for all audiences)
APRIL 20 - MAY 6
Tickets - $16.00 @ inspiretheatre.ticketleap.com
