October 30, 1938. The members of Farlowe's Mystery Theater Hour are in rehearsal for their weekly radio show when they hear an alarming announcement come over the radio - Martians have landed! The now-famous Orson Welles broadcast, “War of the Worlds,” aired, and like many of the original listeners, they tune in mid-program and believe that an actual alien invasion is taking place. Honesty and hilarity ensue. Passions ignite and secret identities are revealed as these wanna-be heroes believe that they are about to be annihilated by men from mars!
