The Williamston Theatre, mid-Michigan's award winning professional theatre company located at 122 S. Putnam in downtown Williamston, takes a chance on romance this summer with Five Course Love. Tickets for this non-stop musical comedy are now on sale.

Five Course Love begins with five Preview performances starting Thursday, July 8. During the first four Previews audience members will have the opportunity to take part in the process of creating a show by participating in a talkback session with the director following each performance. The Official Opening Night is Friday, July 16 with the show scheduled to run through Sunday, August 15. Performances will run Thursday and Friday evenings at eight o'clock, Saturday matinees at three o'clock and evenings at eight o'clock, and Sunday matinees at two o'clock. Please note there will be no three o'clock performance on Saturday, July 10.

One night... Three actors... Five restaurants... Fifteen characters... Welcome to Five Course Love by Gregg Coffin. The endearing and often elusive search for love has never been played out more colorfully than in this high-energy, screwball, musical comedy. With a breathtaking range of musical styles, Five Course Love is a delicious look at the chance for romance. Contains mature themes.

The cast consists of Laura Croff (The Smell of the Kill), Matthew Gwynn and Aaron T. Moore (Additional Particulars). Tom Woldt is the Director for Five Course Love. The production team includes Set Design by Bartley H. Bauer (This Wonderful Life, Talley's Folly), Lighting Design by Ted Rhyner (Leaving Iowa) and Costume Design by Melanie Schuessler (Flyover, USA, Talley's Folly). The Stage Manager is Erin K. Snyder.

Tickets are Pay-What-You-Can for Thursday, July 8. Remaining Preview tickets are $15.00! Starting Opening Night, tickets prices are $24.00 on Friday and Saturday evenings, $20.00 on weekend matinees and $18.00 on Thursday evenings. Discounted rates are available for groups of 10 or more for most performances. Tickets can be ordered by calling (517) 655-SHOW (7469), Monday - Friday from 12 - 6pm. The Williamston Theatre is a not-for-profit, professional live theatre company, dedicated to producing plays that excite, engage and entertain our audiences. The theatre opened its doors in 2006 and has received a number of local awards including the 2008 Robert Busby Award for extraordinary overall contribution to theatre in the Greater Lansing Area.

Williamston Theatre patrons will find ample parking on the street and in several municipal lots throughout the city.
