Melissa Etheridge is an Academy Award-winning and two-time Grammy Award-winning rock singer-songwriter and musician. She has released ten albums in her career; three have gone multi-platinum, two platinum and two gold. In 1996 Melissa was awarded ASCAP's Songwriter of the Year Award and in 2001 won the Gibson Guitar Award for Best Rock Guitarist: Female.Sound Board, an intimate live performance venue is located at MotorCity Casino Hotel. The venue features four bars and several private suites that are available to create an unforgettable live entertainment event.
