MotorCity Casino Hotel Presents Diana Ross, 8/25
MotorCity Casino Hotel has announced An Evening with Diana Ross at Sound Board on Sunday, August 25, at 8:00 p.m.
Diana Ross was a founding member and lead singer of the legendary Motown group, The Supremes. Diana left for a solo career in 1970 and in 1993 the Guinness World Book of Records declared her the most successful female singer of all time. Her esteemed career also included acting in films and on Broadway. Ms. Ross has withstood the test of time as a performer with a career that spans more than four decades and has sold over 100 million records. Ross has been the recipient of several major awards, including a Golden Globe Award, a Tony Award, and numerous American Music Awards. Ross was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988 with The Supremes.
