Little Anthony and The Imperials are a R&B, soul, doo-wop, pop vocal and pop-soul group, formed in the 1950s. The group has a longer chart history than almost any other vocal group, creating and defining the sophisticated Sixties genre known as "uptown soul". They are also known for harder-edged R&B, dance, and a brief early-Seventies flirtation with "Philly Soul". In 2009, Little Anthony and The Imperials were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame .

Thin Lizzy are a heavy metal, hard rock and rock band who was formed in Dublin, Ireland in December 1969. The band is best known for their songs "Whiskey in the Jar", "Jailbreak" and "The Boys Are Back in Town." All are major international hits still played regularly on hard rock and classic rock radio stations. Thin Lizzy was ranked #51 on VH1's 100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock.

-Daryl Hall and John Oates live in concert for their 2011 Do What You Want, Be What You Are Tour, at Sound Board on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 8:00 p.m.
Daryl Hall and John Oates are a duo who both sing and are multi-instrumentalists. They specialize in a fusion of rock and roll and rhythm and blues styles which they dubbed "rock and soul". The duo has six #1 hits and a total of thirty-four singles chart hits on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2003, Daryl Hall and John Oates were inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

-Cheap Trick, live in concert, at Sound Board on Friday, July 15, 2011 at 8:00 p.m.
Cheap Trick a rock, hard rock and powerpop band was formed in 1974 and may be one of the most covered bands of all time. Since the 70's they've been blending elements of pop, punk and even metal in a way that is catchy and recognizable. The band has had more than 5,000 performances, 20 million records sold, 29 movie soundtracks and 40 gold and platinum recording awards, In October of 2007, Cheap Trick was honored by the Chicago Chapter of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences for their contributions to the music industry.
