Emergent Arts at The Mix Studio Theater Extends FAT PIG
Due to a very successful run, Emergent Arts is extending the romantic comedy Fat Pig by Neil LaBute at The Mix Studio Theater, 8 N. Washington, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 for two more days, May 9 and 10, Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2pm. Tickets are $15 General Admission and $12 for Seniors, and for Students with ID. Girl likes boy. Boy likes girl. "The heart wants what the heart wants." What could be simpler? But what if the heart wants, and the head gets in the way, with prejudices, preconceptions, the fear of what others will think? Fat Pig lays it out in a brutally honest, but humorous way. And when it's tale is told, you will be entertained, enlightened, and possibly touched, and just maybe find yourself wondering: what would you have done?
