In the fully improvised show, Date Night, Go Comedy! tackles love and relationships Thursdays at 8pm through October 28. Using real singles ads from local papers, the cast creates the story of a man and woman on the perilous journey that follows a blind date. With a narrator and cast of improvisers, each show is a new adventure. Directed by Pj Jacokes (Ferndale), Date Night features Lauren Bickers (Ferndale), Billy Crawford (Royal Oak), Anne Faba (Clinton Township), Kate Grace (Ferndale), Michael Hovitch (Ferndale), Suzie Jacokes (Ferndale), Louie Kraus (Wayne), Bryan Lark (Ferndale), Scott Myers (Ferndale), Chris Petersen (Ann Arbor), Jamen Spitzer (Ferndale) and Cara Trautman (Ferndale).

After a successful run in May of this year, Go Comedy! is excited to announce the encore presentation of Japanese Cowboy. If America is a melting pot, Sean May (Eastpointe) is a delicious hotdog wasabi fondue. Born to an all-American father and Japanese mother, Sean shares the highs and lows of growing up like any other half-Japanese, nerdy, stoner, Senior Class President, stand-up comedian living in Detroit. In his one-man, one-act show, he looks back on his unique upbringing with humor and insight. Japanese Cowboy is a touching comedic memoir about the role our family has in making us who we are today. Directed by Pj Jacokes (Ferndale), this show will run Thursday nights at 8pm through October 28.

Tickets for Thursday nights at Go Comedy! are $10 for the night and are available online at www.gocomedy.net, by calling 248-327-0575, or in person beginning at 7pm Wednesday - Sunday at the Go Comedy! box office.
