Colbie Caillat Plays MotorCity Casino Hotel, 3/21

MotorCity Casino Hotel has announced Colbie Caillat, live in concert at Sound Board on Thursday, March 21, at 8:00 pm.

Colbie Caillat is a pop singer-songwriter and acoustic guitarist. She debuted in 2007 with Coco, which included hit singles "Bubbly" and "Realize." In 2008, she recorded "Lucky", a duet with Jason Mraz, which won them a Grammy Award. Colbie released her second album, Breakthrough, in August 2009.Breakthrough was nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album at the 2010 Grammy Awards. Caillat was also part of the group that won Album of the Year at the 2010 Grammys for her background vocals and writing on Taylor Swift's Fearless album. In 2009 Caillat was named one of the top 100 artists of the decade by Billboard Magazine . In 2011, she released her third studio album, All of You, and in October 2012 she released her first Christmas album, called Christmas in the Sand.
