CELTIC THUNDER Returns to the Fox Theatre in October

World-renowned Irish super-group Celtic Thunder will return to the Fox Theatre to perform MYTHOLOGY live on Sunday, October 13, at 5 p.m. as part of their "Fall 2013 North American Tour".

MYTHOLOGY, the new CD and companion DVD project from Celtic Thunder, was released this past February and became the seventh Celtic Thunder CD debuted at #1 on Billboard's World Music Chart and is the group's fifth consecutive release to debut at #1. Both the CD and DVD continue to dominate the charts weeks after release. All six male soloists-twice named Billboard's Top World Music Artist-Emmet Cahill, Keith Harkin, Ryan Kelly, George Donaldson, Neil Byrne and Colm Keegan--perform both solo and ensemble numbers. They are known for performing an eclectic mix of songs, ranging from traditional Irish fare to international hits such as "The Boys are Back in Town" and "The Sound of Silence," as well as original compositions including "Voices" and "Hunter's Moon." In addition to the six main vocalists, the tour will also feature strings, guitars, percussion, whistles, pipes and more in the eight-piece Celtic Thunder band. The tour's musical director is David Munro, who also plays keyboards in the show.
