Bay City Players Announces Summer Program

In July and August, Bay City Players Stages of Discovery will hold a series of workshops focusing on some of the performance and technical aspects of theatre. Students will participate in activities that help to develop skills in theatre arts.

Acting, movement, creative thinking and problem solving, awareness of the world around us, and theatre technology will be explored. All activities will be conducted by skilled and experienced theatre personnel.

Schedule
Weeks One and Two
July 22 - 25 and July 29 - August 1, and August 5 - 8.

Students who have completed first through twelfth grades are eligible to register.

Sessions for weeks one and two will be held at Bay City Players (air-conditioned) Theatre from 10:00 to 3:00, Monday through Thursday. The schedule for the third week will be determined later. Students must bring their own lunches (refrigerators are available).
The fee for the two-week series of workshops is $80.
The third week is a full week and there may be a small charge for that week. Some partial need-based scholarships may be available.
No one-day registrations.
