Christmas Impossible is a fresh adaptation of the 2003 Planet Ant's original holiday special, 25, about Ole Solecheck is a fallen guardian angel...well, pushed actually. She was fired from heaven because she decided that five of the humans she was charged with protecting would be better off dead. Banished to Earth, she embarks on a mission to save the lives that she had condemned. But she only has 25 hours to make things right.

Christmas Wonderland is a holiday spectacular filled with glittering costumes, dazzling cast and the highest kicking chorus girls this side of the North Pole coming to the Fisher Theatre. Annie LIVE
Annie LIVE is the family favorite being brought to life on stage by the Downriver Actors Guild. An orphan in a facility run by the mean Miss Hannigan, Annie believes that her parents left her there by mistake. When a rich man named Oliver "Daddy" Warbucks decides to let an orphan live at his home to promote his image, Annie is selected. While Annie gets accustomed to living in Warbucks' mansion, she still longs to meet her parents. So Warbucks announces a search for them and a reward, which brings out many frauds.

ELF the Musical, Jr. is based on the popular film, ELF, and performed by youth ages 8 to 18, in a funny and heart-warming musical that will appeal to all ages. Good-natured Buddy the Elf lives at the North Pole with Santa and his elves. When Santa tells Buddy he is not really an elf, he sets off to New York City to find his father - who's on the naughty list. The Ultimate Christmas Show (Abridged)! is a fun holiday-themed show being presented by St. Dunstan's Theatre Guild of Cranbrook. Written by Austin Tichenor & Reed Martin, the show centers around an annual holiday variety show and Christmas pageant at St. Everybody's Non-Denominational Universalist Church, where all faiths are welcome because we'll believe anything! But there's a problem: none of the acts scheduled to perform have arrived! So, three members are pressed into service to perform the entire variety show and Christmas pageant by themselves. The SantaLand Diaries & Season's Greetings
The SantaLand Diaries & Season's Greetings, the David Sedaris delightful anti-holiday double feature, makes it annual return to the Ringwald stage for another round of twisted Christmas fun. This year, in their 11th annual production, Richard Payton takes over both roles for a limited five-show run. For one week only, Ringwald fan favorite, Payton will be taking over both roles in Sedaris' classic messed-up monologues: the disgruntled department store elf Crumpet in SantaLand and the warm and welcoming matriarch Jocelyn Dunbar in Season's Greetings. This year's all-new production is directed by Dyan Bailey.

The Knife Before Christmas is a murder mystery premiere being presented by the Mitten Theatre. You are cordially invited to the opening night party of the Christmas season! There will be presents, food, and cheer for all, as Santa and his helpers prepare for the long month ahead. But, be warned: this year... MURDER is coming to town... It's up to the audience to pay attention as the story unfolds. However, they'll also have to interact with the cast to discover what really happened. Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker
Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker comes to the Fox Theatre on December 17th for its 25th anniversary for three shows. The Moscow Ballet is known for its award-winning principal dancers, lavish costumes in the style of the Victorian era, many backdrops created by "La La Land" set concept designer Carl Sprague, and its Russian focus including life-size Matryoshka Dolls.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra
Trans-Siberian Orchestra 2017 Winter stops in Detroit on December 23rd with "The Ghosts of Christmas Eve" show. Fans will experience an exciting stage spectacle with new awe-inspiring effects and staging that is certain to make the story even more engaging for them.
