Lunch with the Cast and Crew of Something's Afoot

Friends of Caldwell Theatre Company will host a Musical Lunch & Learn fundraiser on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Caldwell Theatre Company.  Guests will be entertained by and dine with the cast and crew of the musical comedy murder mystery that runs from April 12 - May 17, 2009 at Caldwell.

The musical luncheon features moderator Michael Hall, Caldwell's Artistic Director (who directs Something's Afoot), as well as the cast of the "engaging, funny, refreshing and original musical" (New York Post) who will perform.  They will also engage in a discussion about the creative process of staging a musical murder mystery with a cast of ten, including Jim Ballard, Elizabeth Dimon, John Felix, Terry Hardcastle, Michael Shawn Lewis, Lisa Manuli, Crista Moore, Angie Radosh, Don Stansfield, with special appearance by Caldwell's Scenic Director and Technical Director Tim Bennett who plays the character Dr. Grayburn.

Something's Afoot opens on a dark and stormy night at an English country estate.  Guests invited to Lord Dudley Rancor's home discover that not only is the host dead, but so is his butler.  Based on Agatha Christie's "Ten Little Indians," Something's Afoot will keep you guessing as the determined guests unmask the murderer among them.

Join Caldwell for a musical luncheon.  Call the Box Office at (561) 241-7432 or buy tickets online for $20 at www.caldwelltheatre.com.

Funds raised by Friends of Caldwell benefit the theater's general operating fund and help to pay operating expenses.  Friends invite you to join their worthwhile volunteer organization and assist in planning next season's popular Lunch & Learn Series as well as other fundraising concerts and events.  For more information, write to:  Friends of Caldwell, c/o Caldwell Theatre Company, 7901 N.
