The Importance of Being Earnest is one of Oscar Wilde's classic comedy of manners. This story of love, ambition and invented identity has delighted audiences for more than a century. Two bachelor friends, Jack Worthing and Algernon Moncrieff, take on alternate identities to court Cecily Cardew and Gwendolyn Fairfax. Will their "bunburying" get them the women of their dreams, or just bring about trouble and chaos? Outstandingly funny and non-stop entertainment for all audiences, sit back and enjoy the laughs!

The cast consists of 9 very talented high schoolers who are competing in Cappies and are also being considered for a main stage production that may be able to go to States.
