American Stage Produces WHILE SITTING IN A FAERIE GLEN, Plays 4/16

Do to scheduling conflicts, American Stage Theatre Company has had to cancel the Friday, April 16 performance of DRIVING MISS DAISY. In its place for one night only, Ann Morrison (DRIVING MISS DAISY) will perform her one-woman play, WHILE SITTING IN A FAERIE GLEN. Tickets are $15 at the door and $20 in advance. The performance will start at 8 p.m.
WHILE SITTING IN A FAERIE GLEN is a magical storytelling theatre piece that was inspired on Ann Morrison's sabbatical while she was sitting in an actual faerie glen on Scotland's Isle of Skye. It focuses on the gifts that a woman with Down Syndrome and Alzheimer's brings to those she meets. This work is guaranteed to enchant and warm your heart. "Ann's play is such an interesting mix of old European story telling, mixed with a lot of elements of modern audience participation," said Todd Olson, American Stage's producing artistic director. "It will be a night of theatre different from anything you've ever experienced."Performances and ticket prices are as follows:
