The Garden Theatre presents the TheatreWorks Florida production of Forever Plaid from October 9-25, 2009, at the Garden Theatre (160 West Plant Street). This show marks the first theatrical performance of the Garden Theatre's 09-10 season.

Forever Plaid is an affectionate musical homage to the close-harmony ‘guy groups' that reached the height of their popularity during the 1950s. One of the most popular and successful musicals in recent memory, this deliciously goofy revue centers on four young, eager male singers killed in a car crash on February 9th 1964 on the way to their first big gig, and now miraculously revived for the posthumous chance to fulfill their dreams and perform the show that never was. Now celebrating its 20th Anniversary, Forever Plaid has been an Off-Broadway hit for two decades.

The cast of this TheatreWorks Florida production include well-known Orlando-based actors Kevin Kelly, Rob Ross, Charlie Stevens, and Timothy Pappas.
