Siete miniaturas at Palacio de Bellas Artes

Siete miniaturas features the Quinteto de Alientos de la Ciudad de México, presenting four world premieres at the Palacio de Bellas Artes. The program includes compositions by Eduardo Flores Contreras, Javier Compeán, Fernando Cataño, and Gina Enríquez, showcasing a range of contemporary styles. The ensemble, consisting of flautist Asako Arai, oboist Joseph Shalita, clarinetist Rafael Prado, bassoonist Wendy Holdaway, and horn player Cristian Cornejo, emphasizes the promotion of Mexican composition through collaboration with emerging composers. The concert is part of the Jornadas INBAL-SACM.
