The concert features works by 19th-century European composers Louise Farrenc, Clara Schumann, and Fanny Mendelssohn, performed by Luz del Carmen Águila and Elvira on cello, Alejandro Moreno Ramos on clarinet, and Svetlana Logounova on piano. Taking place on March 16th at the Sala Manuel M. Ponce, the performance is part of the XXXI Encuentro Internacional-XXVII Iberoamericano de Mujeres en el Arte, which aims to highlight the artistic contributions of women. The program includes Farrenc's Trio Op. 44, Schumann's Trio Op. 17, and Mendelssohn's Trio Op. 11, showcasing the significant yet often overlooked work of these composers.
