Concertistas de Bellas Artes will offer two contemporary chamber music concerts featuring works by composers Samuel Zyman and Gian Carlo Menotti. The ensemble, consisting of cellists Adolfo Ramos, Luis Eduardo Vázquez, and José Luis Rafael Alvarado, along with pianist Alfredo Isaac Aguilar, will perform on May 9 at the Antigua Casona de Xicoténcatl and on May 23 at the Sala Manuel M. Ponce of the Palacio de Bellas Artes. The program includes Zyman's Suite for Two Cellos and Menotti's Suite for Two Cellos and Piano, showcasing a blend of classical and contemporary musical elements.
