Yogi Amy Ippoliti Hosts Transformational Yoga Retreat in La Paz, Mexico, Feb. 23-27

If you're ready to deepen your yoga practice, there is no better teacher to take you on the journey than Amy Ippoliti. During Retreat Unlimited's Transformational Yoga Retreat Feb. 23-27, 2017, at CostaBaja Resort in La Paz, Mexico, you'll focus on alignment based Vinyassa flow yoga, meditation and pranayama and releasing your inner child.

While she doesn't take herself seriously, Ippoliti does take yoga seriously. She is the co-founder of 90 Monkeys, a yoga teacher training school that has trained yoga instructors in 65 countries. She is a faculty member at Kripalu, the Omega Institute and Esalen, a presenter at Yoga Journal and Wanderlust and a featured writer for Yoga International, Yoga Journal, Mind Body Green and more.

Off the mat you'll enjoy all that the area has to offer including SUP in a private lagoon, a chance to swim with seals in the Sea of Cortez and time to explore LaPaz.

Participants can sign up for one or both of the back-to-back retreats held at the beautiful CostaBaja Resort & Spa, located just outside of La Paz on a stunning white sand beach.
