The curtain goes up on June 5 with the Tony Award winning Dreamgirls, offering one of the most stirring, dynamic, rocking, emotional scores ever written for the stage, slathered in R&B, soul, and pop music. With book and lyrics by Tom Eyen and music by Henry Krieger, Dreamgirls tells the explosive behind-the-scenes story of a young female rhythm and blues trio from Chicago called "The Dreams," who climb the turbulent ladder of the music business to become singing superstars.
Musical numbers include: "I Am Changing", "One Night Only", "Family" and the show-stopping, "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going".
