In preparation for Maine State Music Theatre's 60th Anniversary in 2018, the theatre's history committee is putting out a call for memorabilia.

The committee is looking to add to MSMT's historical archive with donations of programs, posters, photographs, newspaper articles, correspondence, and souvenirs from its 59 years in Brunswick.

Originally founded by the late Victoria Crandall, the theatre has been stationed on the campus of Bowdoin College since 1959 and has entertained audiences totaling more than 1.5 million people since then.

If you have anything related to MSMT's history that you are willing to donate to the organization, please bring the items to MSMT offices/rehearsal studios at 22 Elm Street in Brunswick (opposite Hannaford) before August 1, 2017.

For more information, or to discuss a particular item in your possession, call Bunny Andrews at 207-232-1561. Donations will become part of MSMT's permanent archive and will not be returned.

Maine State Music Theatre is a nonprofit performing arts organization based in Brunswick, Maine. Founded in 1959, the theatre presents a summer season from June - August of four fully staged musicals, several children's musicals, and three Monday concerts.
