Madison Shakespeare Company's sweet-and-salty Valentine's Day tradition returns!A Valentines Affair returns in 2022 with more classic tales of love and passion from William Shakespeare and contemporaries. This years edition features scenes from Romeo and Juliet, Much Ado About Nothing, Loves Labours Lost and others, plus selections from Christopher Marlowe, Thomas Heywood, and John Donne. Familiar faces and unconventional lovers alike will take the stage, along with the unpredictable improvisation of Sonnets From a Hat.All performances at The Brink Lounge, 701 E. Washington Ave. in Madison.Saturday Feb 12 7 PMMonday Feb 14 7 PMTuesday Feb 15 7 PMAs of January 2022, all attendees must show proof of a completed initial series COVID-19 vaccination, and wear masks when interacting with venue staff.
