The Liminal Playhouse Presents SEX WITH STRANGERS By Laura Eason

Artistic Director Tony Prince and Producing Director Richard McGrew are delighted to announce The Liminal Playhouse's opening of the Louisville premiere of "Sex with Strangers" by Laura Eason on March 29.

"Sex with Strangers" is an erotic comedy that explores complex issues of romance and identity in a world in which our online selves and our physical selves may not be quite the same.

Director Tony Prince calls this play "a funny and thoughtful exploration of love, ambition, and identity. Eason both uses and subverts the tropes of romantic comedy to explore to what degree we are always strangers to each other despite the intimacy of our relationships."

Producing Director Richard McGrew says, "We are excited to be bringing one of the most produced plays in the country to Louisville audiences for the first time."

The cast includes Lauren Argo as Olivia and Winston Blake as Ethan. The technical team consists of Scenic Designer Bob Bush, Lighting Designer Keith Kimmel, and Composer/Sound Designer Richard McGrew.

Showtimes are March 29, 30, 31 and April 2, 5, 6 and 7 at 7:30 p.m. and April 8 at 2:00 p.m.

All performances will be at The Henry Clay Theatre, 604 South Third Street, Louisville, KY.

Tickets are $20 in advance or $22 day of show. Advance tickets are available at TheLiminalPlayhouse.org or by calling (502) 553-8056.

The Liminal Playhouse embraces, explores and celebrates the ambiguous, and sometimes paradoxical, nature of our shared humanity. The Liminal Playhouse is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
