Kentucky Center's Elle Fuller and Nick Covault Accepted to YPAL Emerging Leaders Program

The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts has announced that two of its employees have recently been accepted to the YPAL Emerging Leaders Program. Elle Fuller, associate marketing manager, as well as Nick Covault, programming manager, will both be participating in the program, which begins in March and will continue through June.

The Emerging Leaders Program is a foundational leadership program open to YPAL members. Each module will be combination of class instruction, group activities, and personal reflection. Additionally, each module will have 1-2 special guest speakers who are leaders within the city of Louisville. There will be some light reading outside of the modules to facilitate the classroom teachings. The books will be provided to participants of the program and will allow participants to conduct individual assessments.

The mission of The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts is to provide artistically diverse performances of the highest quality. The Center serves Kentucky through education and initiatives which expand and diversify audiences while enhancing their understanding, appreciation and support for the arts. The Center strives to challenge, stimulate, and entertain while operating in a fiscally responsible manner and acting as an economic and cultural catalyst for the Commonwealth.
