An Evening with Chris Botti Slated for The Kentucky Center This Month
An Evening with Chris Botti is set for Sunday, August 14, 2016 at 7 p.m. at The Kentucky Center's Brown Theatre at 315 W. Broadway in Louisville.
A versatile trumpeter and composer, Chris Botti is a multiple Grammy Award-winning entertainer known for his ability to blend jazz and pop styles together in his music. With his uniquely expressive sound and soaring musical imagination, Chris has recorded and performed with a constellation of stars including Sting, Yo-Yo Ma, Michael Bublè and Barbara Streisand.
In 2013, Chris won a Grammy Award for Best Pop Instrumental Album with Impressions, which also reached No. 1 of the Billboard Jazz Album chart. To date, Chris has released 14 albums and sold over four million copies worldwide.
