This stage re-creation of the artist's 1968 television special explores a pivotal moment in the career of Elvis Presley. At the time Elvis' popularity had faded and his career was nearly washed up.
What was meant to be a safe Christmas special became his comeback when a young director broke all the rules and showed the world an Elvis we had never seen before.
