On Monday, June 28th, the Comedy Store (8433 W. Sunset Blvd) presents 'Town Without Pity. The group pays tribute to Gene Pitney, an pop star of the 1960's. Tickets to see 'Town Without Pity' are $30 per seat and can be purchased by calling (877) 920-4343. Stay afterwards and enjoy the laughter brought to you by the talented comedians who entertain at the Comedy Store.

Conceived and directed by Richard Hochberg, 'Town Without Pity' is a tribute to Pitney who within a period of five years, wrote hits for The Crystals and Ricky Nelson, worked with Phil Spector and the Rolling Stones, performed an Oscar nominated song and was voted Italy's # 1 recording artist.

His greatest hits include " Town Without Pity", "It Hurts To Be In Love", "24 Hours From Tulsa", " Cara Mia", "Just One Smile," and "Half Heaven Half Heartache." 'Town Without Pity' features PJ Griffith, Joe Settineri, Justin Cowden and Will Collyer, with Jonathan Daddis on the piano.
