Sally Kellerman, the Academy Award and Golden Globe Award nominated actress who created the infamous role of Major Margaret "Hot Lips" O'Holuihan in Robert Altman's classic film, "M*A*SH," has just signed with management company, Chuck Bender & Associates to represent her. Kellerman's will next appear as the singer, Madame ZinZanni at San Francisco's popular historic waterfront, Teatro ZinZanni, in an evening of European Cabaret and Cirque, from July 22 - August 9, 2009. This is her third appearance at Teatro ZinZanni.

Now in its Eighth Smash Year, Teatro ZinZanni is uniquely staged in a luxurious European Spiegeltent. Teatro ZinZanni was created by Pacific Northwest non-profit arts and events producer One Reel in 1998 and enjoyed a sold-out 14 month run in Seattle before bringing its antique "spiegeltent" to San Francisco in 2000, now located at its permanent home on Pier 29 along The City's Embarcadero.

Teatro ZinZanni breaks new artistic territory with a blend of interactive theater, spectacle, fine arts and fine dining, put together under the artistic direction of One Reel's Norman Langill. The ever-changing cast at Teatro ZinZanni features world-class practitioners of some of the oldest and most time honored traditions in entertainment. Kellerman was born in Long Beach, CA to Edith Baine (nee Vaughn) and John Helm Kellerman. She attended Hollywood High School, where she was "bitten by the acting bug," and continued her studies at Los Angeles City College. She also studied at The Actors Studio in Los Angeles with Jeff Corey and famous classmates, including: Shirley Knight, Jack Nicholson, Robert Towne, Robert Blake, James Colburn and Roger Corman.

The actress has amassed an impressive Résumé of hundreds of memorable feature film, television and theatre credits. She began her television career appearing on "Outer Limits." Other television appearances include roles on the Pilot Episode of "Star Trek" and in episodes of "Kraft Suspense Theatre" and "Bob Hope Presents The Chrysler Theatre." She has starred in "Back To School," opposite Rodney Dangerfield, "Big Blonde" and "Boynton Beach Club." Kellerman's film work includes starring roles in the movies the "Last of The Red Hot Lovers," "Slither," "Foxes" and "A Little Romance." She has been doing voiceover work for over 30 years for clients like Hidden Valley Salad Dressing and Milky Way, and everything in between.

The main source of her passion besides her family and film career is her love of music and singing, which she has been doing since she was a child. Under contract with Verve Records at the age of 18, Kellerman has been blessed with a signature voice and style as well as an uncanny ability to make a song her own. Her current critically acclaimed CD entitled, "Sally," was just released earlier this year. The Los Angeles Times has hailed Kellerman as "someone who has the full package of skills...required to establish herself as a first-rate jazz and blues-tinged vocalist." Cabaret Scene Magazine has written: "Kellerman, in her own natural style, buoyed by a phenomenally youthful radiance, gives a sexy, sensuous set of blues, swing, and delivers ballads in her signature raspy, languid growl. She is married to renowned film producer and Renaissance man, Jonathan D. Krane. Kellerman adopted her sister's daughter, Claire, in the late 60's, and then she and Krane adopted twin children at birth, Jack and Hannah, who recently graduated from high school. Kellerman was just recently honored with the Art Gilmore Career Achievement Award presented by the Pacific Pioneer Broadcasters. In addition to currently focusing on her burgeoning singing career, Kellerman is working on a book about her life and many experiences. Kellerman also contributes time and energy to numerous worthy causes including the Hereditary Disease Foundation, Jewish Family Services, AIDS Research and the environment.
