Right Angle Entertainment Announces Jim Lanahan As Vice President

Right Angle Entertainment announced today the hiring of Jim Lanahan as Vice President. He will be based in the Los Angeles offices handling touring show general management, marketing and operations for the company. He joins Right Angle Entertainment with a long history of working with Broadway and the road's biggest producers and productions including Disney Theatrical Productions, Really Useful Group and Blue Man Productions. Additionally, John Poland and Elissa E. Szieff have joined the executive team as Director of Touring, and Chief Financial Officer, respectively. Poland will be in charge of tour coordination and Szieff will handle all company business management and accounting. Carla Marie Rugg continues on as Associate Producer, and Cliff Kellas remains in his role as General Manager.

Founded in 2014 by Alison Spiriti and Justin Sudds, Right Angle Entertainment specializes in the creation, production and management of live touring shows with a focus on bringing personalities and brands to life on stage. The shows cross genres from concerts to digital stars to theatrical productions.

Comedic vlogger Markiplier has assembled the ultimate cast of characters to guarantee audiences a never-before-seen adventure, live on stage. The audience is the centerpiece of this spectacle, driving the entire narrative of the show using a combination of "choose your own adventure," improv games and audience challenges.

RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER: THE MUSICAL: The beloved TV classic Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer soars off the screen and onto the stage for the holiday season! All of your favorite characters from the special, including Santa and Mrs. Claus, Hermey the Elf, the Abominable Snow Monster, Clarice, Yukon Cornelius and, of course, Rudolph, come to life in Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Musical.

Meanwhile, Tuna's embattled theater director tries to get a troubled production of A Christmas Carol on its feet. Two actors play more than 20 characters, and multiple costume quick-changes help to put the riotous fun in holiday dysfunction in this audience-favorite. BOB & TOBLY'S Beverly Hills 90210 THE MUSICAL - THE UNAUTHORIZED PARODY: From the creators of Full House! The Musical!, Show Girls The Musical!, Bayside! Jim Lanahan has spent the last two decades managing and marketing live entertainment. Most recently, he launched two tours for Really Useful Group and, worked with industry leaders including Tony Bennett Enterprises, Disney Theatrical Productions, Blue Man Productions, The American Opera and The Second City. During a brief hiatus from the entertainment industry, Jim managed seven global business units for General Electric, including the team that produced commercials for the 2010 Olympic Games.

John Poland is a commercial theater professional with 28 years of experience in tour booking and management, venue management, & producing and presenting live theatrical shows. He is a former Vice President with Broadway Across America. John's recent projects include the tours of Celtic Woman; Menopause the Musical; 50 Shades-The Musical Parody; Decades Rewind, Million Dollar Quartet; Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story; Saturday Night Fever, to name a few. In his spare time, John is pursuing a law degree which he will complete in December 2018.

About Elissa E. Szieff: Elissa is thrilled to join the Right Angle Entertainment team as Chief Financial Officer. Elissa has had a long career in production management and financial analysis as the owner of E2 Accounting Services. She has worked with a variety of organizations and tours such as McCoy Rigby Entertainment (Peter Pan, Little Mermaid, Miss Saigon), NFL's Hall of Fame's Game for Life Exhibit, Ad Astra's For the Record series and InHouse Booking, among many others. Elissa originally started a business management firm for the music industry ultimately growing her business to encompass all forms of live entertainment.

About Carla Marie Rugg: Carla has spent the last 15 years working in theatre, film and television as a designer, scenic and prop fabricator, company manager and producer. Prior to making the jump into entertainment, she spent almost 10 years in event production, and has put her skills to work for such organizations as The U.S. Olympic Festival, Senovva, Comedy Central, Kish Productions, McCoy Rigby Entertainment and Loyola Marymount University.

Cliff Kellas joined Right Angle Entertainment as a consultant in January 2017 and is currently General Manager/Director of Production for live and touring projects at Fremantle Media N.A.

Cliff received his formal business training from University of California, Berkeley and has worked with leading performing arts institutions such as San Francisco and New York City Opera companies, Broadway producers and managers including Foresight Theatrical (formerly Alan Wasser Associates) and major networks including Nickelodeon and Warner Bros. Prior to Right Angle, Cliff was employed as Producer in the Global Live Entertainment division at Mattel Inc.
